shall be deemed to be references to Dragon Laser. References to “you”,
and “your” shall be deemed to be references to person placing an

By using the service, you agree that you will not attempt to undermine the integrity
of the website.
Placing An Order
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and
agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of
these terms, then you should contact us before placing an order with us either
by telephone on 01656 664130, by email at: enquiries@dragonlaser.co.uk or by
post using the address given below.
By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Dragon Laser
to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your
order.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order
has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase
the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and Dragon Laser Ltd for
the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed
and dispatched to you.
Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed
but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that
they are dispatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. In the
unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made
a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this, and there will be no contract
between us. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.
How To Place An Order
REGISTER
You will need to register on the site, this has the advantage that you will
not need to re-enter your personal information each time you visit. You will
be asked for contact details, these will only be used if there is a problem
with your order. Your order will then be processed in 3 stages:
1. DELIVERY INFORMATION
You are able to change the delivery address if necessary and select your preferred
method of postage. £3.95 or £4.95 depending on insurance value needed.
2. PAYMENT INFORMATION
You will need to select a method of payment. We accept card payments which include
mastercard, visa, maestro and solo. You will then be directed to SECPAY a secure
payment gateway. We also accept PAYPAL if you have an account with them, or
you can send a cheque in which case we will ship the product when the cheque
has cleared. You will have the opportunity here to write any comments. If the
item is a gift, these could include a message or a delivery deadline. If you
have ordered a number/nameplaque please inform us here which number you would
like cut out or the message you would like to appear (subject to limits).
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
You can confirm your order when you are sure all the information is correct.
A message will appear to say your order has been accepted and an email detailing
the order will be sent to you.
If you are unsure in anyway, need more information or have a special requirement,
please call us on 01656 664130 and we will be pleased to process your order
by telephone or answer any query.
Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to
7 working days after the date of delivery (not including weekends or bank holidays).
To do this please email or write to us. You do not have to give reason for the
cancellation but a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we
offer to customers in the future. If you cancel you must return the goods at
your own expense and we suggest you obtain proof of posting and delivery. We
cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. You must ensure that
the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If you do cancel
the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full
within 30 days. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and we
will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable
care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage
or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
THIS CANCELLATION POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS – FOR EXAMPLE,
IF THE GOODS ARE FAULTY OR MISDESCRIBED.
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and
are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive
of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being dispatched
to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be
zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling
price will include VAT at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%.
Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination
country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges
and cannot predict them.
UK Delivery
Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 7 days of being accepted,
to arrive with UK customers within three working days. In the event that an
item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch
it as soon as is received. The current delivery charges are a standard £3.95
or £4.95 depending on the value of the goods (for insurance purposes).

Dragon Laser Ltd does not seek to exclude or limit liability for death or personal

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither Dragon
Laser Ltd nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any
representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty
at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence
(whether on the part of Dragon Laser Ltd or any of its members, agents, directors,
employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage
(including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses
or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection
with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale
by you.
The limitations of liability in these conditions shall apply equally for the
benefit of Dragon Laser Ltd and any other associated company of Dragon Laser
Ltd as if references to Dragon Laser Ltd included references to each such associated
